When are Parent Preview Sessions?
The 2018 McDaniel Parent Preview Sessions will occur on the following dates:
Wednesday, June 13, 2018
Saturday, June 23, 2018

Why should parents/families/guardians attend?
The Preview Program is specifically designed for parents/families/guardians. In addition to having opportunities to ask questions to college faculty, administration, and staff; you will learn about academic and residence life, campus safety, and other college functions. This is also a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other parents of new McDaniel College students. Students and/or younger siblings SHOULD NOT ATTEND Parent Preview.

What is provided for you at Parent Preview?
An opportunity to meet faculty, staff, and administrators, lunch and snacks, and helpful materials to make your student's transition to McDaniel College as seamless as possible.

What will you need to bring?
Casual clothing, comfortable walking shoes, and an umbrella just in case!
(Please note: all academic buildings are air-conditioned.)

Who coordinates Parent Preview?
The Division of Student Affairs coordinates Parent Preview. The student affairs staff will be here to assist you throughout the program. Please call 410-857-2265 with any questions pertaining to Parent Preview.

How much does Parent Preview cost?
Cost is FREE and includes meals, giveaways, and a comprehensive 100+ page notebook of McDaniel reference materials. You must register in advance of the program. Unfortunately, we are NOT able to accommodate guests who do not register, and show up on the day of the program. Incoming McDaniel students should also not attend, as the sessions are all geared towards Families and Parents.
